Call information: calls to our clinic numbers are normally answered by our staff. If a call is not answered (for example, when lines are busy or outside working hours), it may be handled by an automated AI receptionist, and such calls may be recorded for quality, accuracy, and to assist you.
Website usage: basic analytics such as pages visited, via cookies (see section 6).

To book, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
To respond to your enquiries and provide medical consultation and follow-up care.

AI Call Assistant: Our staff attend most calls personally. Calls that are not answered (for example, when lines are busy or outside working hours) may be handled by an automated AI assistant that can answer questions, take messages, and help book appointments. It is not a doctor and does not provide medical advice. In an emergency, it will direct you to call our on-call numbers or dial 112 and seek immediate hospital care.

3. WhatsApp communications

If you contact us on WhatsApp (+91 87621 95505), your messages, shared reports, and contact details are used solely to assist you with bookings, queries, and report reviews. We do not send unsolicited marketing without your consent.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal or health information. We share it only: (a) with you and, where you direct, your treating professionals; (b) with trusted service providers (e.g. appointment, SMS, or call-handling tools) strictly to deliver our services; and (c) where required by law.
